At 11:05 A.M. this morning, Vice President of Operations Matthew Arias announced that all BFS operations in Alabama, including Little Caesars and Dunkin’ Donuts are closing for the remainder of the day. This action is taken due to the unexpected severity of the winter storm now hitting the southeastern portion of The United States. This closure is made with the safety of our employees in mind. We will re-open all Alabama operations tomorrow morning at the normal time. We apologize to our guests for this unexpected closure, and promise to be ready to serve you bright and early tomorrow morning!
Additional information for BFS team members: Both Verizon and AT&T phone systems are currently down in Hoover, AL. Though HR is in the office and on duty, contacting us can only be accomplished via email.
As the BFS operating region from Louisiana to Georgia brace for a winter storm, President Ramon Arias announced these changes to our normally scheduled events:
“Please communicate with your Teams immediately:
1. Today’s Team Meeting is cancelled to:
> Minimize Driving
> Allow our Managers to be at their Units ready to serve our Guests
2. SignDancing is cancelled through Wednesday & will re-start Thursday”
We encourage our team to be ready!
